Hybrid grape varieties are improving every year, both in quality and character. In the future, they will likely play a much bigger role in wine production and sustainability thanks to their natural disease resistance and lower environmental impact

By 2100, the UK could become one of the major producers of cool-climate wines. Climate change may allow premium Burgundy-style Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to thrive, with vineyards stretching as far as north of Scotland

Dark rosé is making a comeback! After years dominated by pale Provence styles, consumers are rediscovering rosés with deeper colour, more flavour, and better food-pairing potential. This wine also opened the conversation about biodynamics and its possible role in the future of wine

Natural and orange wines are clearly here to stay (orange is officially the fourth wine colour 🧡). They reflect consumers’ growing desire for authenticity, individuality, and more diverse flavour experiences

“No & low alcohol” is currently the fastest-growing wine category. This was my way of showing that naturally low-alcohol wines can be just as exciting! Especially with strawberry or raspberry desserts, or even instead of dessert itself
